Your data stays on your side of the wire.
The agent runs inside your network, makes only outbound calls, and normalizes query text before anything leaves the host. Literals are stripped at the source - what reaches us is the query's shape, not its data. We never connect to your database.

What counts as a server?
One Postgres instance - one running process the agent connects to. A primary and its replica are two separate servers, even though they share the same data.
What if I have more than 5,000 tables?
Most clusters never see this, including those with several hundred partitioned tables. If you have a multi-tenant cluster or a very large schema, Enterprise has no soft cap.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The dashboard pauses ingestion until you add a card. Your data stays - nothing is deleted while you decide.
Can I switch monthly to annual?
Anytime. We pro-rate the credit and start the annual term from your switch date.
How is "1 GB per day" measured?
The size of telemetry the agent ships, summed per server over a 24-hour rolling window. It's a soft cap: we'll email you well before anything throttles, and the agent provides many configuration options to tweak.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the period; annual cancels at renewal. No early-termination fees.
Do you offer self-hosting?
Not on Team. If self-hosting is a hard requirement for your environment, reach out about Enterprise and we'll talk.
Is there a free plan?
No - just a 14-day trial with no credit card required. We'd rather get you live on real infrastructure than throttle a free tier that doesn't represent what production looks like.
